Occupying a full city block, the project is designed as two Buildings connected by a central courtyard with connecting bridge. The exterior expression is modulated with differing skins to related to the finer scale of the neighboring buildings.

Concept design for first data center build on new 78 acre campus. Leasable Class A office space and Conference Center is developed as an adjacent and connected amenity attached to new 2 level Data Center.

Visually connected to the main entrance, a conference center, lecture hall, commercial kitchen with inside and outside dining is also planned to make this first build a central hub and gather place for the Campus community.

Tenant Improvement for tech startup occupying full floor of building located in the Mid-Market street area formally housing a garment factory. In order to draw natural light from each end deep into the tenant space, enclosed offices are held to the side while all partitions in the center of the tenant space are developed with translucent colored glass skin.

Tenant Improvement for small tech startup. The existing east facing storefront is exploited to provide daylight to the open office while allowing for an expansive view of the Embarcadero and the Bay Bridge beyond. Glazing at the main conference room is strategical placed to frame the Bay Bridge view.
