New urban infill industrial facility consolidating the operations that had been spread out over the city. Ground level provides all office and Customer facing operations as well ask vehicle intake and parking. Second level provides all paint and body work operations essential for the business while the roof level parking for staff and temporary storage of vehicles before or after repairs. Fully glazed curtain walls provide daylighting for the work area.

Provided all coordination with outside Electrical Engineering consultants as well as internal Ragingwire engineering, operations and construction teams. Provided all permitting and planning requirements by the County of Sacramento and the Sacramento Municipal Utility District (SMUD).
